Let’s say you are in the military, but stationed outside the state of Michigan, and want to get a motorcycle endorsement so you can ride on base. How do you do that?
If you pass a motorcycle safety course offered through the Motorcycle Safety Foundation!
You may contact the Michigan Department of State’s Special Services Branch at (517) 636-5872 for information on handling it through the mail.
Basically, you fill out a form and send a copy of your Course Completion Card.
