For nearly two decades, Michael J’s Fun Run has been one of Michigan’s most anticipated motorcycle charity rides. On Sunday, September 14, 2025, riders from across the state will gather for the 19th Annual Fun Run — and this year carries extra weight. Organizers have announced that 2025 will be the FINAL ride due to health reasons, making this event a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be part of history.

This isn’t just another motorcycle ride — it’s a tradition that has raised money, lifted spirits, and brought the motorcycle community together under one mission: riding against cancer.

Morning Ride: Kickstands Up for a Cause

• Registration: 9:30 AM at Bomber’s Bar & Grill, Coleman, MI
• Kickstands Up: 11:00 AM sharp
• Route: A scenic ride with 5 stops that showcase Michigan backroads at their best
• At the End: Dinner, raffles, live and silent auctions

The ride is open to all motorcycles, trikes, and riders who want to join the fight against cancer while enjoying a day on the road with friends, family, and fellow bikers.

The Main Event: Evening Celebration

After the ride, everyone heads to Albright Shores Eagles 3655 (1380 Estey Rd, Beaverton/Hope, MI) for the main event. From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the Eagles club will be alive with food, fun, and fundraising. Expect raffles, auctions, prizes, and that signature mix of good people and great causes that has kept the Fun Run alive for 19 years.

Fun Before the Run – Comedy Night

The Fun Run tradition actually begins the night before. On Saturday, September 13, 2025, the Albright Shores Eagles will host “Fun Before the Run” Comedy Night featuring national headliner Dave Landau with special guest Derek Richards.

• Doors: 7:00 PM
• Showtime: 8:00 PM
• Tickets: $20 advance / $25 at the door (limited seating – first come, first served)

This comedy night has become an annual highlight, setting the stage for a weekend full of laughs, camaraderie, and support for a cause that matters.
