If you are looking for deals\, parts\, gear\, or inspiration for your next upgrade\, this is your chance to shop the rider-to-rider marketplace. SUMMARY:American Legion Post 351 Blessing of the Bikes 2026
DESCRIPTION:American Legion Post 351 Blessing of the Bikes 2026 – Utica\, Michigan\nSaturday\, May 2\, 2026 is set to bring a full-throttle community day to Utica as American Legion Post 351 hosts the 9th Annual Blessing of the Bikes. This is the kind of Michigan motorcycle event that feels like a reunion: riders rolling in early\, music building all day\, great food on-site\, and a moment at the center of it all that reminds you why people love this lifestyle in the first place. \nIf you’ve been searching for the Blessing of the Bikes Utica MI date\, this is the one: American Legion Post 351 Blessing of the Bikes takes place May 2\, 2026 with an all-day schedule and a formal blessing time you’ll want to plan around. \nDate: Saturday\, May 2\, 2026\nTime: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM\nBlessing: 1:00 PM\nLocation: American Legion Post 351\nAddress: 46146 Cass Ave\, Utica\, MI 48317\nAll vehicles welcome. \nWhy Riders Show Up Early (and Stay Late)\nThis isn’t a “show up for 20 minutes and leave” kind of day. The vibe is built for hanging out—cruise in with your crew\, walk the grounds\, grab food\, catch the entertainment\, meet people you only see when the weather breaks\, and be there for the 1:00 PM blessing when the crowd pulls together. \n\nLive entertainment all day (you’ll feel it the moment you pull in)\nMultiple food trucks on-site\nAll vehicles welcome (bikes\, cars\, and everything in-between)\nCommunity-first energy that makes people text friends: “Get over here.”\n\nThe Main Moment: Blessing at 1:00 PM\nPlan your day so you’re on-site before the blessing. Even if you’re not the sentimental type\, the Blessing of the Bikes is the anchor of the event—an intentional pause in the middle of a loud\, fun day that sets the tone for the riding season ahead. \nPro move: aim to arrive with enough time to park\, grab a bite\, and get situated so you’re not rushing right as the blessing begins. \nWhat to Expect On-Site\nBecause this event is described by the organizers as “constantly evolving\,” the smartest plan is to treat this as an all-day ride-in where you can enjoy the staples—food\, entertainment\, and the blessing—while staying flexible as new details drop closer to the date. \n\nLive entertainment running throughout the day\nFood trucks (multiple options\, so come hungry)\nVehicle variety (classic\, custom\, modern\, and everything you don’t see on a normal day)\nA social atmosphere that’s perfect for groups meeting up\n\nVendor + Sponsor Info\nIf you want to get involved as a vendor or sponsor\, the guidance shared publicly for this event is simple: contact the organizers through Messenger. Because vendor opportunities and layouts can change year to year\, reaching out directly is the fastest way to get the current requirements and expectations. \nVendor/Sponsor: Contact through Messenger (per organizer posts)\nEvent location: American Legion Post 351\, Utica\, MI \nHow to Plan the Day (So It Feels Effortless)\nThe difference between a “good time” and an “I’m doing this every year” day usually comes down to tiny choices. Here’s how riders get the most out of a big\, all-day event: \n\nArrive earlier than you think. You’ll park easier\, settle in\, and actually enjoy the build-up.\nMake the blessing the centerpiece. Plan food and meetups around the 1:00 PM blessing.\nBring a friend who’s been “meaning to ride more.” This is the perfect event to hook them.\nKeep your kit simple: sunglasses\, layers\, phone charger\, cash/card\, and water.\nDon’t over-schedule. A day like this is best when you can wander and vibe.\n\nWhat to Bring\n\nComfortable shoes (you’ll do more walking than you expect)\nWeather layers (Michigan spring loves surprises)\nEar protection if you’re sensitive to noise\nPhone charger (photos + messages + maps add up fast)\nA “meetup plan” with your crew (one clear place/time to regroup)\n\nGroup Meetups: Make It a “Bring Your People” Day\nWant this to be share bait for your friends? Use this simple script: \n\nPick a meetup window: “Let’s roll in between 10:30 and 11:00.”\nPick one anchor point: “We’ll meet by the food trucks first.”\nMake the blessing the moment: “Be there before 1:00—no exceptions.”\n\nThis is exactly the kind of day where a group chat turns into a parking-lot lineup\, and the lineup turns into a full-season ride crew. \nLocation Details: American Legion Post 351 (Utica\, MI)\nAmerican Legion Post 351 is the host site for this event. Use the address below in your GPS and plan to give yourself extra time for event traffic as the day builds. \nAmerican Legion Post 351\n46146 Cass Ave\nUtica\, MI 48317 \nQuick FAQ\nWhen is the American Legion Post 351 Blessing of the Bikes?\nSaturday\, May 2\, 2026. \nWhat are the hours?\n9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. \nWhat time is the blessing?\nThe blessing is scheduled for 1:00 PM. \nIs it just motorcycles?\nPublic postings for this event say all vehicles are welcome. \nWill there be food?\nYes—public postings mention multiple food trucks. \nIs entertainment part of the event?\nYes—public postings describe live entertainment all day. \nI want to be a vendor or sponsor—who do I contact?\nPublic postings indicate vendor/sponsor inquiries should be made by contacting the organizers through Messenger. \nFinal Word: Show Up for the Blessing\, Stay for the Day\nIf you’re picking one early-season ride-in to kick off spring\, this one makes sense: long event hours\, food on-site\, entertainment all day\, and a real centerpiece moment at 1:00 PM that brings everyone together. \nMark it now: May 2\, 2026. Then send it to your friends and make the plan. The riders who have the best season are the riders who actually show up. \nNote: This event is described publicly as “constantly evolving.” Check for organizer updates as the date gets closer.

SUMMARY:International Female Ride Day 2026
DESCRIPTION:International Female Ride Day Detroit 2026 (IFRD)\nInternational Female Ride Day (IFRD) is a worldwide ride celebration held every year on the first Saturday in May. It isn’t one single event at one single venue — it’s a shared global ride day when women riders everywhere get visible\, get together\, and get miles. \nFor International Female Ride Day Detroit 2026\, that date falls on Saturday\, May 2\, 2026. Across Detroit and Southeast Michigan\, women riders will celebrate in their own way — some rolling solo\, some linking up with friends\, and others joining organized meetups hosted by local riding groups. \nNo matter how you choose to ride\, the message is simple: women ride\, and women belong in motorcycling. #JustRide \nDate: Saturday\, May 2\, 2026\nWhere: Detroit Metro / Southeast Michigan\nWhat It Is: A global ride day celebrating women riders\nHow It Works: Multiple meetups and group rides may take place throughout the Detroit area \nWhat Is International Female Ride Day?\nInternational Female Ride Day is a global movement that unites women riders on one synchronized day each year. Women from more than 100 countries participate by simply riding — together or independently — and sharing the visibility of women in the motorcycling community. \nIt’s not about engine size. It’s not about brand. It’s not about speed. \nIt’s about showing up. \nHow Detroit Celebrates IFRD\nDetroit is a motorcycle city. From cruisers to sport bikes\, touring machines to customs\, the culture runs deep. On IFRD\, that culture shifts focus — and women riders take center stage. \nIn the Detroit area\, celebrations typically include: \n\nOrganized group rides hosted by local riding communities\nDealership meetups and ride-outs\nSmall crew rides organized through group chats\nSolo rides marked by photos and social media posts\nPost-ride coffee\, lunch\, or hangout gatherings\n\nThere may be multiple Detroit-area IFRD meetups announced as May approaches. Riders can choose the vibe that fits them best — big group energy or smaller\, tight-knit rides. \nHow to Plan Your International Female Ride Day Detroit 2026\nIf you want this to feel like more than “just another Saturday\,” make a plan now. \n\nText your riding crew early. The best IFRD rides are planned in advance.\nPick a meetup window. Late morning or early afternoon works best.\nChoose a simple route. 45–90 minutes keeps groups tight and enjoyable.\nEnd somewhere social. Coffee\, lunch\, waterfront stop\, or scenic overlook.\n\nStructure creates energy. Energy creates turnout. \nFirst-Timer Friendly\nIf you’re new to riding\, IFRD is one of the best days of the year to show up. The tone is supportive. The focus is inclusive. Experience levels vary widely — and that’s the point. \nThis is the day to: \n\nTake your first group ride\nMeet other women riders in Detroit\nBuild confidence in a positive setting\nFeel part of something global\n\nWhat to Bring\n\nFuel up before meeting\nWeather layers (Michigan May can shift quickly)\nHydration\nCharged phone for photos and coordination\nKickstand puck if parking on soft surfaces\n\nDetroit Ride Ideas for IFRD\nWant inspiration? Consider building your ride around: \n\nDetroit Riverfront cruising\nHistoric Corktown loops\nWoodward Avenue stretch\nLakeshore routes in Southeast Michigan\nA scenic stop outside the city with open roads\n\nMake it photogenic. Make it memorable. Make it yours. \nWhy International Female Ride Day Matters\nVisibility changes culture. \nWhen women riders across Detroit roll out on the same day as women riders across the world\, it reinforces something powerful: motorcycling is stronger when it’s inclusive. \nIFRD isn’t about proving anything. It’s about presence. \nAnd presence is powerful. \nInternational Female Ride Day Detroit 2026 – Quick FAQ\nWhen is International Female Ride Day 2026?\nSaturday\, May 2\, 2026 (first Saturday of May). \nIs there one official Detroit event?\nIFRD is a global ride day. Multiple Detroit-area groups may organize their own meetups and rides. \nDo I need to register?\nMost rides are informal or community-hosted. Check local group announcements as the date approaches. \nWhat kind of bike do I need?\nAny bike you ride confidently. IFRD is about women riders — not categories. \nMark It Now\nSaturday\, May 2\, 2026. \nInvite your crew. Choose your route. Ride proud. Take the photo. Post it. \nDetroit women riders — this is your day.

Rather than standing by helplessly\, trained riders can better understand how to protect the injured\, reduce further harm\, and support emergency responders when they arrive. \n  \n\nHow to safely approach and manage a motorcycle crash scene\nHelmet removal techniques\nJaw thrust airway positioning\nHow and when to move an injured rider\nHow to recognize and respond to shock\nBleeding control basics\nHow to communicate important information to EMS\nHow to protect yourself and others at the scene\n\n  \nStudents do not just hear about these concepts — they practice important techniques in a controlled learning environment. That hands-on aspect is one of the reasons Accident Scene Management training is so respected in the motorcycle community. \n  \nA Crash Course for the Motorcyclist\nASM is often described as “A Crash Course for the Motorcyclist” because it focuses on what to do in the first 5 to 30 minutes after a motorcycle crash until professional help arrives. \n  \nThat time window matters. On many Michigan roads\, especially outside densely populated urban areas\, riders may be first on the scene or among the only people present in the immediate aftermath of a collision. Calm\, informed actions in those moments can matter tremendously. \n  \nContinuing Education for EMS Professionals\nThis class also offers 6.0 CEHs available for EMS through CAPCE\, adding another layer of credibility and value. While the course is highly relevant to riders and the general public\, it also provides useful motorcycle-specific education for emergency personnel. \n  \nWhat Is Included with Registration\nThe class fee is only $75\, a reduced rate made possible through sponsorship. The registration includes: \n  \n\nFull day of instructor-led ASM Basic 100 Series training\nAll class materials\nOfficial patch\nCertificate of completion\nLunch\n\n  \nThis is a strong value for a course that delivers motorcycle-specific\, potentially life-saving knowledge in a hands-on format. \n  \nPresented By Riders and Professionals Who Take Motorcycle Safety Seriously\nThis Lapeer Accident Scene Management class is more than just another safety event on the calendar. It brings together respected motorcycle safety training\, local rider community support\, and meaningful sponsorship to make this class more accessible to Michigan motorcyclists. \n  \nRoad Guardians / Accident Scene Management is widely recognized for motorcycle-specific crash response education. Their ASM classes are designed to help riders respond more effectively in those first critical moments after a wreck\, when calm action and proper technique can matter most. \n  \nThe class is hosted locally by Lapeer HOG Chapter 2286\, reflecting the kind of rider-to-rider commitment that makes motorcycle communities stronger. It is also made more affordable through the generous sponsorship of Jason Waechter – The Motorcycle Lawyer\, helping reduce the registration cost while supporting practical rider education in Michigan. \n  \nIf you ride with friends\, attend rallies\, participate in group rides\, or simply want to be better prepared on the road\, this is the kind of training that can stay with you for years. The skills taught here are practical\, memorable\, and potentially life-saving. \n  \nSeats are limited\, and classes like this often draw riders who understand that preparation matters long before an ambulance arrives. \n  \nWho Should Attend This Motorcycle Safety Class\n\nNew motorcycle riders\nExperienced riders\nMotorcycle club members\nGroup ride leaders\nFriends and family of riders\nEvent staff and rally volunteers\nEMS professionals seeking motorcycle-specific training\nAnyone who wants to be more prepared at a crash scene\n\n  \nWhy Accident Scene Management Training Matters in Michigan\nMichigan riders travel everything from small-town roads and rural two-lanes to major highways and scenic touring routes. No matter where you ride\, there is always the possibility of coming upon a crash before first responders do. \n  \nThat does not mean riders should take unsafe risks or attempt advanced medical care beyond their training. It does mean that knowing how to assess a scene\, protect the injured\, maintain an airway\, and communicate effectively can help create better outcomes while professional help is on the way. \n  \nPrepared riders help create safer riding communities. Education like this strengthens the larger Michigan motorcycle community by giving riders practical tools they can carry with them every time they hit the road. \n  \nRoad Guardian Member Discount\nA $5 discount is available to Road Guardian members. To get the code\, members can sign in to the secure Road Guardian member area at www.roadguardians.org. \n  \nRegister Early — Class Size Is Limited\nThis class is limited to just 20 students\, which helps provide a better hands-on learning experience. It also means seats may fill quickly. \n  \nFor riders who have been thinking about taking an Accident Scene Management class in Michigan\, this Lapeer event is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful skills in a respected training environment. \n  \nFor more information or help with registration\, contact info@roadguardians.org or call 262-706-3278. \n  \nMark your calendar for Saturday\, April 11\, 2026\, and take an important step toward becoming a more prepared\, more confident\, and more safety-minded motorcyclist.

No parking-lot sales allowed. \nWhat about the live band?\nBand announcement TBA — check back closer to show date for the 2026 lineup. \nThe Bottom Line\nDetroit’s motorcycle culture has always thrived on garage builds\, backyard fabricators\, and swap-meet bargains. SUMMARY:Kalamazoo Motorcycle Swap Meet 2026
DESCRIPTION:  \nKalamazoo\, Michigan Motorcycle Swap Meet — Sunday\, Mar 22\, 2026\nWinter projects don’t finish themselves—and that’s why riders circle Sunday\, March 22\, 2026 (9:00 AM–3:00 PM) on the calendar. SUMMARY:Shine On For Shelby – Ride to Shine Observation Run
DESCRIPTION:Shine On For Shelby – Ride to Shine Observation Run\nHonoring Shelby’s Light – 9th Annual Ride to Shine Run\nEvery year in the United States\, more than 16\,000 people are lost to homicide. For families and friends\, the greatest fear after such a tragedy is that their loved one will be forgotten. \nOn October 26\, 2014\, Shelby Fazio was brutally murdered. She was only 23 years old — but in her short time\, she touched thousands of lives. To those who knew her\, Shelby will never be forgotten. But her family and friends wanted to make sure that millions more could know the brightness\, kindness\, and energy she brought to the world. \nThe Shine On For Shelby campaign was created to carry her light forward. \nShelby’s Life and Legacy\nShelby’s story is not about her tragic death — it’s about how she lived. \n\nShe overcame a debilitating illness.\nShe graduated high school and college with honors.\nShe traveled the world\, went diving with sharks\, and even worked at Walt Disney World\, proudly calling Mickey Mouse her “boss.”\nShe gave back constantly — volunteering at food banks\, homeless shelters\, nursing homes\, veterans homes\, Ronald McDonald Houses\, wildlife centers\, and more.\nShe held leadership roles in Key Club and Circle K\, inspiring others through service.\nShe supported global causes like UNICEF\, Kids Against Hunger\, the Eliminate Project\, and African wildlife conservation.\n\nBy 23\, Shelby had accomplished more than many achieve in a lifetime. Most importantly\, she always made time for her family\, her friends\, and her beloved dog\, Azaia. \nHer family and community want her to be remembered not for the crime that took her life\, but for the love\, joy\, and service that defined it. \nShine On For Shelby\nThe Shine On For Shelby campaign was launched to turn tragedy into hope. Each October\, people are encouraged to honor Shelby by volunteering or donating to causes she cared about\, including: \n\nNo-kill animal shelters\nCanine advocacy programs\nWildlife and nature conservation\nHomeless shelters\nVictim advocacy programs\nFood banks\n\nThe idea is simple: keep Shelby’s light shining by doing good in her memory. \nThe Ride to Shine\nOne of the most powerful ways this mission comes alive is through the Ride to Shine Observation Run\, an annual motorcycle event held in her honor. Riders gather to support the Shine On movement\, raise funds\, and spread awareness while enjoying a day on Michigan’s scenic roads. \nMichigan Motorcycle Event Details\nIn just a few years\, the ride has raised thousands of dollars for programs that reflect Shelby’s passions and values. The Ride to Shine Observation Run takes place on Sunday\, September 14\, 2025 at the Berville Lions Club\, 13651 Hough Rd\, Berlin Township\, Michigan. \n\n\nRegistration and Kickoff: Morning check-in at 10:30 am to 12 noon at the the Lions Club. After registration\, riders head out together \n\n\nThe Ride: An observation-style run with multiple scenic stops along the way \n\n\nThe Finish: Everyone returns to the Lions Club for raffles\, prizes\, fundraising\, and a community celebration \n\n\nThe event was started by Shelby’s Uncle Brian and continues today under the Shine On For Shelby campaign\, which works year-round to support causes that mattered to her\, including animal shelters\, nature conservation\, food banks\, and victim advocacy. \nWhy Riders Join\nRiders come from all over to be part of Shine On For Shelby because this event blends what bikers love — the open road and camaraderie — with something bigger: \n\nHonoring the memory of Shelby\nSupporting causes that mattered to her\nShowing the strength and heart of the motorcycle community\n\nIt’s a chance to make every mile mean more. \nKeep Shelby’s Light Alive\nShelby’s story reminds us that one person’s light can inspire countless others. By riding\, volunteering\, or donating\, you help ensure that her spirit continues to shine. \nThe Ride to Shine Observation Run is open to all who want to ride with purpose and stand for something greater. \nJoin us. Ride for Shelby. Ride for hope. Ride to keep the light shining. \n  \nThe Ride to Shine Observation Run is organized by the Shine On For Shelby campaign\, which was created by Shelby Fazio’s family and friends after her passing. \nThe event itself was first started by Shelby’s Uncle Brian\, and he remains a key organizer and driving force behind the ride. Today\, it continues under the broader Shine On For Shelby foundation and volunteer team\, who keep her legacy alive through both the annual ride and community service initiatives. \n  \nClick motorcycle events to view all our Michigan motorcycle events\, rallys and rides.
